Will Aderra end up saving me money?
We believe it may save you up to half of what others are paying monthly at senior facilities. Whether it is independent living, assisted living, or a 55+ community, we believe Aderra’s 62+ community will fulfill most of your requirements. At the end of the day you should see substantial financial savings.
What is Competitive Asset Sales Assistance?
Unlike conventional senior living facilities that require monthly rent payments without equity building, Aderra residents own their homes and can benefit from property appreciation. With Aderra’s Competitive Asset Sales Assistance, residents will have additional support and options designed to help protect their investment if the time comes or circumstances change.
Are there hidden fees or long-term commitments?
No surprises. Your monthly membership covers all utilities, lawn care, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and fresh, chef-prepared meals. Personal care is optional and flexible, added only when you choose.
Is this a smart financial decision?
Why pay a large amount to a senior facility where half of your cost is paying for renting a small room that is owned by the facility that is building asset equity for them not you.

Yes! Aderra isn’t institutional living. You live in a home you own, decorated and personalized exactly the way you like, no shared walls, no long hallways, just a space that reflects your lifestyle.
